Trucker Hats

All trucker hats are one size fits all.  They also adjust in the back to fit any size head.

Welding Hats

To fit our custom welding hat, use a tape measure and wrap it around your head at the location you would like the hat to rest. Use the following chart to determine your head size. For example: If you measure 22 inches, your hat size would be 7".

-All welding hats are hand-made from 100% cotton in the USA.  Welding hats are also 6 panel and have a soft brim.

Crown Size

We offer two crown sizes at different depths.

Normal Crown- 5 1/2 Inch Depth
Low Crown- 4 1/2 Inch Depth

The crown depth is measured vertically from the top of the head down to the band where the hat would rest.  Our most popular crown size is the Normal Crown.

Stitch Style

We offer two styles of stitching that we use to sew your customized welding hat.

Cross Stitching- _/\_/\_/\_
Straight Stitching- -------

Straight stitching is the traditional type of stitching that is used when sewing your customized welding hat.
Cross stitching is merely a zig-zag pattern of stitching used to sew the welding hat together.

Stitch Color

We offer 9 different stitch colors to choose from when ordering your welding hat.  The colors include: Black, Blue, Red, Yellow, Orange, Dark Green, Purple, Beige, and White.

Fitted Bandanas (Do-Rags)

All fitted bandanas are one size fits all.  They tie in the back to adjust to any size head.
